"I engaged with Carmen for a big renovation involving bumping out my kitchen and dining room about 8 feet. We’re just at the beginning of that project, but he is absolutely meticulous about making sure everything is going to be right--measuring not twice, but many times to ensure that the old and new will mesh properly! Meanwhile, we completed several other projects, including widening the driveway, rebuilding a shed and chimney, rehabilitating a fence, and, significantly, creating a rain garden as now required by code in my area. Prior to founding BelVeder, Carmen renovated houses in which he invested, tapping his prior experience as a framing carpenter and years of home renovation. Carmen has more than 20 years experience in remodeling, including the portfolio shown on this site. He has hands on experience in every facet of residential construction and has overall management of design and construction crews.
Verica Toshanova
Architectural Designer
Trained as an architect, Verica has 13 years of experience in Architectural design, CAD drawing and millwork design, with successful completion of dozens of commercial, public and residential buildings and landscape designs. She sees every project as a personal challenge and unique opportunity to achieve a design that will bring enjoyment in living and working spaces.
Donna Furlong
Interior Designer
With a degree in Fine Arts and Design, Donna, began her career in New York City in fashion and graphic design. For the past 20 years she has been a full-service interior designer. She is in the top percentile in Pantone's color recognition "IQ test." She excels at kitchen and bathroom layouts and finishes. Her portfolio of striking interior designs includes new construction and remodeling.
